Our Preschool staff are all experienced Early Childhood Educators and qualify according to the state of Illinois department of Child and Family Services standards, as well as the Northern Illinois District of Lutheran Schools, Department of Early Childhood Education. All are members of the Department of Early Childhood Education, Concordia University, River Forest, Illinois.  All participate in continuous programs and workshops of in-service education for professional advancement.
