Dear Parents,

We welcome you and your child to Immanuel Lutheran Preschool and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child’s life. We recognize each child is a very special little friend with individual and unique needs. It is our sincere desire to accept this wonderful challenge and work toward the goal of meeting those needs.

Our promise and commitment to each child and their family is to provide a loving warm environment of care and nurture that will enhance and enrich each child’s emotional, intellectual, physical, social, cognitive and spiritual development.

Our program is based on a developmentally appropriate model and focuses on specific goals and objectives for each individual child which include:

• Learn to share and socialize with other children
• Learn to trace shapes and patterns
• Strengthen visual and auditory discrimination skills
• Strengthen muscles in fingers and hands for fine motor skills

• Develop eye hand coordination                                       
• Develop and strengthen gross motor skills                                                                                   
• Increase and strengthen self help skills                                              
• Increase oral language development and expressive skills                                                                
• Increase pre writing skills
